SEO Organization Philippines now officially online
It is such an honor to be invited as one of the pioneer members of SEO Organization Philippines. The organization is envisioned to be an active catalyst of search engine optimization as a marketing tool for products and services. Many Filipinos are already involved in this industry and having a group which share their common interest and push for their advance development in the field of Internet marketing is really such a great idea.
I hope that the members of this group will be kind enough to give their own share of ideas and best practices in the field of SEO and not just join to make a name for themselves. To borrow the words of Abraham Lincoln which I changed a little, “Ask not what SEO.ORG.PH can do for you, rather, ask what you can do for your fellow SEOs”.
I wish the success of the group and it can always count my support in every undertaking they will have in the days to come.
Multiply Your Links Every Time You Share a Link in Facebook
I just noticed this thing last week when I installed the a WordPress plugin in one of my websites. The key to this trick is the Facestream plugin for Buddypress. What this plugin does is to synchronize your Activity Stream (Buddypress site) with your Facebook status. What you post in Facebook will also be posted in your Activity stream. What if you register 1,000 Buddypress accounts (with Facestream) installed? It means a link posted in your Facebook will also be posted 1,000 times across all those Buddypress accounts. You can have those links crawled by pinging your profile page in each Buddypress site (as your activities are posted in your profile).
To get a list of sites with Facestream installed, you may use the following search syntax in Google and Yahoo.
“posted a facebook link” inurl:activity
